The Clinical Observation Of Nonerosive Reflux Disease Of Stagnated Heat In Liver And Stomach Dyndrome Treated By Relieving Qi Stagnancy In Liver And Clearing Heat Combined With Omeprazole

Objective:Summarizing the experience of tutor’s treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)and observing the clinical effect of NERD cured by Relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver and clear heat combined with omeprazole,confirmed that NERD clinical symptoms can be quickly improved and the recurrence rate can be reduced by Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,and provided the clinical basis for the promotion of Chinese medicine treatment of NERD and popularize its clinical application.Methods:60 patients with NERD are divided randomly into integrated traditional and western medicine group and Chinese medicine group and western medicine group with each group 20 cases.Each group is treated for 8 weeks.Chinese medicine group is treated with self-made decoction and western medicine group is treated with omeprazole(20mg bid),and integrated traditional and western medicine group is treated with self-made decoction and omeprazole.Fill in the symptom score questionnaire and the score of Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)before and after treatment.Analyzed by SPSS software to compare the clinical efficacy of three groups,and observed the recurrence after 8 weeks of withdrawal.Evaluated the clinical curative effect of relieving qi stagnancy in Liver and clear heat on treating NERD objectively.Results:1.The comprehensive effect:The comprehensive effect of integrated traditional Chinese and and western medicine group and western medicine group is obviously superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group after 4 weeks of treatment and no significant difference between the three groups after 8 weeks.2.In improving clinical symptoms aspect:The integrated traditional and western medicine group and traditional group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of NERD(P<0.01);In the western medicine group,symptom score like acid regurgitation,heartburn,belching,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,chest pain,bitter mouth and dry mouth and two threatened fullness all decreased after treatment(P<0.01),while gastral cavity fullness,irritability,constipation still existed(P>0.05).No significant difference between the three groups after treatment in symptom scores such as belching,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,chest pain,two threatened fullness in 4th,8th weeks(P>0.05).For reflux and heartburn,the symptom scores in integrated traditional and western medicine group and western medicine group is lower than traditional group compared with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).And there is no significant difference between the three groups after 8weeks.For bitter mouth,dry mouth and constipation,the symptom scores in integrated traditional and western medicine group and traditional group is lower than western medicine group after 4th,8th weeks(P<0.05).As for gastral cavity fullness,irritability,the symptom scores in integrated traditional and western medicine group is lower than other two groups after 4th,8th weeks(P<0.05).3.The change of the Reflux Disease Questionnaire score:The RDQ score of three groups is significantly reduced after 4 weeks(P<0.01).The score of reflux,heartburn in integrated traditional and western medicine group and western medicine group is lower than traditional groupafter 4weeks.(P<0.05),while retrosternal pain,anti integral effect between three groups is no obvious difference(P>0.05).There is no significant difference between three groups after 8 weeks(P>0.05).4.The long-term efficacy comparison:There are 2cases of recurrence in integrated traditional and western medicine group and traditional group,and 9cases of recurrence in western medicine group.The integrated traditional and western medicine group and traditional group recurrence rate is lower than that of western medicine group,and the long-term curative effect is good,compared with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive and long-term curative effect on relieving qi stagnancy in Liver and clear heat method combined with western medicine on treating NERD is effective,it is worth popularizing.
