Clinical Observation And Experience On He Yingchun’s Treatment Of Stomach And Liver Stagnated Heat Syndrome Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective Through the Professor He Yingchun clinical application of Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction in the treatment of patients with Stomach and Liver Stagnated heat Syndrome Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.Comparison and analysis of the integral scale before and after the patients,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction on the Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,at the same time summarize Professor He Yingchun’s basic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.Methods 44 cases of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease were treated with Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction for two weeks and used two kinds of observation indexes(Reflux disease questionnaire and Secondary symptom observation table).The result were collected by Epidate data entry software and Excel software,than through the Nimodipine method to calculate the curative effect.The integral data were analyzed by paired t test before and after treatment with SPASS 21.0,which reflected the value of Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction in the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.Results After the clinical application of Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction,The total effective rate of patients with reflux disease questionnaire was 84.21%,The total effective rate of the secondary symptom observation table was 89.47%,There were statistically significant differences between the two methods before and after treatment.Conclusion Sheng Yang Sanhuo Decoction can significantly improve the patient’s typical symptoms of seizures frequency,degree of attack,improve patient’s overall immunity,And have a significant effect to reduce the attendant symptoms,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.Professor He Yingchun using the methods of raising Yang,invigorating spleen-sto,liver nourishing,smooth circulation and heat-clearing,Application of Shengyang Sanhuo Decoction has good clinical curative effect on Stomach and Liver Stagnated heat Syndrome Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.
