Clinical Observation On Patients With HP-related Gastritis(Stagnated Heat Syndrome In The Liver And Stomach) Treated By Chailianfang Combined With Quartet Therapy

Purposes:To summarize and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chailianfang combined with Quartet Therapy in the treatment of patients with HP-related(Helicobacter pylori)gastritis(stagnancy heat of the liver and stomach),explore its possible mechanism of action,and provide evidences for the combined treatment of HP-related gastritis with Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods:60 patients who were diagnosed with HP-related gastritis and stagnancy heat of the liver and stomach in syndrome differentiation in Digestive Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital on Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine from February,2019 to January,2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Chailianfang combined with Quartet Therapy was adopted in the treatment group,while Quartet Therapy was only applied in the control group.After two weeks of continuous administration,observations were made on the general data,curative effect of TCM syndrome,TCM symptom score,and adverse reaction of the two groups,and HP eradication rate were evaluated 4 weeks after withdrawal.Results:The HP eradication rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(86.7%)but there was no marked difference(P>0.05).The curative effect of TCM syndrome of treatment group was 96.7%,which was higher than that of the control group(70%)and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the total score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could alleviate the patient’s general symptoms and the treatment group showed more advantages in this aspect.For the comparison of primary and minor symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.01),indicating that both groups could alleviate the burning pain of gastric cavity,abdominal fullness and distention,swelling pain,epigastric upset,irritability,belching,sour regurgitation,bitter mouth and dry throat,dry stool.The group-group comparison result after treatment showed that the curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating abdominal fullness and distention,swelling pain,epigastric upset,irritability,belching,and dry stool(P<0.05),and the curative effect of both groups was almost the same in the treatment of burning pain of gastric cavity,bitter mouth and dry throat,and sour regurgitation(P>0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups during the entire clinical test observation.Conclusions:Chailianfang combined with Quartet Therapy in the treatment of patients with HP-related gastritis has a high HP eradication rate and can effectively alleviate the patient’s clnical symptoms,it has high clinical practical value and is worthy of popularization and application.
