The Clinical Research On Post Infection Cough In Children Of Wind Dry Lung Injury Syndrome By Jingsang Zhike Mixture

Objective:To research the clinical efficacy of teacher’s experience Jingsang Zhike Mixture for treatment of post infection cough of wind dry lung injury syndrome,clinical curative effect observation and clinical evaluation,safety evaluation,to provide new ideas,new method for the treatment of post infection cough in children,to develop the application advantages in the pediatric clinic of TCM better.Methods:A randomized controlled study,to select 100 cases children agree with post infection cough of wind dry lung injury syndrome,100 children were randomly paired2 groups,the treatment group and the control group.To give the control group oral Qingzao Runfei Mixture for treatment,and to give the treatment group Jingsang Zhike Mixture for treatment.Do clinical evaluation after the treatment 7 days.Clinical evaluation of adopt before and after treatment the change of TCM syndrome scroe,primary symptoms scroe,and signs scroe,to use SPSS19.0 statistical software analysis of results.Results:Treatment group clinical cure 9 cases,22 cases had marked effect,16 cases were effective,3 cases had no effective,the total effectiveness rate is 94.00%;The control group clinical cure in 4 cases,16 cases had marked effect,24 cases were effective,5 cases had no effective,the total effectiveness rate is 89.80%;To show thetreatement of post infection cough in children of Wind dry lung injury syndrome,Jingsang Zhike Mixture is better than treatment effect of the control group Qingzao Runfei Mixture,(P<0.05)there is a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Through the clinical research of Jingsang Zhike Mixture,the results show that Jingsang Zhike Mixture is an effective prescription of the treatment of Post Infection Cough in children of wind dry lung injury syndrome,there are no adverse reactions in the course of study,clinical safety.
