Objective:To compare the changes in specific values of cough(windheat invades the lung syndrome)in children before and after treatment,analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhike Qingsu Decoction in the treatment of infantile cough after infection(wind-heat invades the lung syndrome),and confirm cough relieving Qingsu Decoction has its own unique advantages in the treatment of this disease,so as to better guide clinical medication.Methods:From October 2019 to November 2020,64 children who were diagnosed with cough after infection(the syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung)in the pediatric outpatient department of Zibo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.Divide them into the control group and the treatment group with 32 cases each.Children in the control group were given conventional anti-infective treatment with western medicine.That is,oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets for treatment.The treatment group was given oral treatment with Zhike Qingsu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The medicine composition of Zhike Qingsu Decoction is:8g mulberry leaf,8g chrysanthemum,5g platycodon,5g fried bitter almond,5g cicada slough,8g mulberry bark,8g zhebei,5g mint,3g forsythia,8g honeysuckle,8g coltsfoot,melon Poria 6g,Poria 6g,Pinellia ternata 5g,Tangerine peel 8g,Licorice 3g(the above Chinese medicines are all from the Chinese pharmacy of Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine).Both groups took the drug continuously for 10 days,and the follow-up time was one month.The changes of specific symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and conclusions were drawn through objective analysis through data analysis.Results:(1)summarize the control group and the treatment group generally(age,gender,course,family history),after the card is inspected,its P value>0.05,it is proved that the general situation of the two groups does not affect the final experiment conclusion.(2)In the treatment group and the control group,the symptoms,rankhein test pvalues before treatment,indicating that there was no significant difference in the symptoms of the two groups before treatment,which was comparable.(3)Comparison of symptoms of the two groups:The total integral comparison of the treatment of 5 days and the treatment of 10 days of treatment was subjected to a significant decrease in the treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups were treated with good therapeutic effect.Inter-group comparison:The treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Explanation of cough cooling soup combined with Meng Luite sodium chewable tablets and fumarate ketone tablets with alone to apply Mengulite sodium chewable tablets and fumarate ketone can be mitigated faster,more clearly alleviated Each symptom.In terms of treatment for 5 days and 10 days,the treatment group is better than the symptoms of cough,cough,stream turbidation,and pharyngeal pain(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group and the control group for 10 days:incidence:the treatment group(86.7%)>Control group(56.7%);total effective rate:Treatment group(100%)>control The group(96.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of the cough clear soup was significant.Conclusion:Zhike Qingsu Decoction is effective in treating cough after infection in children.It has the unique advantages of shortening the course of treatment,increasing the cure rate.It can be widely promoted in clinical practice and guide medication.
