The Clinical Effects Observation Of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction On Post-infectious Cough (Wind Dryness Lung Syndrome) In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect for wind dry lung injury type of children’s Post-infectious Cough by Qingzao Jiufei decoction,to expand the treatment ideas of children’s Post-infection Cough,and to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children’s Post-infection Cough.Methods:The subject selected 70 patients with wind dry lung injury type of children’s Post-infectious Cough which were divided into the treatment group(Qingzao Jiufei decoction)and control group(Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets)each group had 35 cases,take 14 days as 1 course of treatment.Through the observation of Visual analogue score(VAS),cough score and TCM syndromes were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.In the analysis of the curative effect of western medicine symptoms after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,which was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),P<0.05).The rank sum test showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.In the analysis of the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the two groups after treatment,,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.79%),P<0.05).The rank sum test showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Before and after treatment,the scores of cough symptoms,visual analogue and TCM symptoms were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Qingzao Jiufei decoction and Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with cough wind evil injury lung syndrome after infection,and there are significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment.2.Qingzao Jiufei decoction in the treatment of children after infection cough wind wound lung syndrome curative effect and improve clinical symptoms and signs is significantly better than Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets.3.Qingzao Jiufei decoction is an effective method for the treatment of children’s cough after infection,and it is safe and broadens the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children,s cough after infection.
