Objective:To observe the clinical effect of head acupuncture and nape acupuncture combined with ophthalmic acupuncture point in the treatment of diplopia after stroke,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease,and to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:All 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of stroke patients with diplopia,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group:scalp acupoint selection:Subocciput Midline and Subocciput By-line on the head;nape acupuncture:Fengchi,Gongxue,Yiming;eye acupuncture point:oculomotor nerve palsis select Jingming,Shangming,Chengqi;abducens paralysis select Waiming;trochlear nerve palsy choose Xiaming.The control group:the main points:Cuanzhu,Sizhukong,Yintang,Sibai,Guangming,Yangbai;adjunct points:Fengchi,Hegu,Taichong,Sanyinjiao,Taixi.The two groups were each needle for 40 minutes,acupuncture 1 time a day,6 days a week on the rest of the day,4 weeks for a course of treatment,after 2 courses of treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:Through the observation of patients with diplopia distance,ocular misalignment angle,main symptom score,that the treatment group and control group after treatment than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);and the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups,the treatment group improved significantly higher than the control group,and statistically,that the two groups after treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,control group total effective rate was 76.67%,the efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),so head acupuncture and nape acupuncture combined with eye acupuncture treatment is more effective than the traditional acupuncture method to treat this disease.Conclusion:1.Head acupuncture and nape acupuncture combined with ophthalmic acupuncture point is an effective method for treating diplopia after stroke;2.Head acupuncture and nape acupuncture combine with ophthalmic acupuncture point can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of diplopia in patients after stroke,including dizziness,diplopia,eye distance deviation,can receive a satisfactory effect.
