Curative Effect Observation Of PSD With Liver Qi Stagnation Type Treated By Scalp Points And Beishu Points Acupuncture By Fire Needle

Object:To observe the clinical effect of needlling scalp Points and Beishu points in the treatment of post stroke depression of liver qi stagnation type,for our clinical treatment of post stroke depression provides more broad thinking and more effective treatment methods.Methods:The clinical encounter in 60 cases of post stroke depression(Liver qi stagnation)were randomly divided into A,B two groups,30 cases in each group,labeled A group for the treatment group(Fire needle group),group B as control group(acupuncture group).In clinical trials,two groups of patients carried out cerebrovascular disease treatment,at the same time,were fire needle or acupuncture needle in the treatment of post stroke depression.The treatment group(Fire needle group)gets scalp(shenting,Baihui,bilateral shencong,double Anmian)and Beishu points(bilateral Xinshu,Ganshu,Pishu),with fine needle(0.5mm*45mm)(usually tungsten manganese alloy)is burned to red in the alcohol lamp,on the definite point,the needle piercing and leaving quickly.2 days at a time,3 times a week,3 times for a total of 1 course of treatment,a total of treatment of 3 courses of treatment,patients can rest 2 days after the end of the each courses of treatment.The control group(acupuncture group)with routine acupuncture,acupoint selection on the basis of the new century(Second Edition)"acupuncture therapy" ahout the "depression" treatment,taking shenting,Baihui,Shenmen,Neiguan and Hegu,Taichong,heart Shu,liver Shu,xingjian.the needles were(0.35 mm*40 mm)used,heart Shu and liver Shu by horizontal inssertion of needle,for reducing lifting thrusting twirling,stopping 30 min after bring about the desired sensation,1 times a day and 1 weeks with 5 times for 1 courses of treatmeng,a total of 3 courses of treatment,patients can rest of 2 days after each course of treatment was over.Before and at the end of treatment,two groups of patients with depression were analyzed.Analysis of depression status in The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)24 version[1],self rating Depression Scale(SDS)[2]and TCM syndrome Depression Scale[3].Statistical analysis of the date was carried out by using statistical SPSS19.0.Results:The treatment group(fire needle group)and control group(acupuncture group)of the degree of post stroke depression were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05);after three courses of treatment,PSD fire needle group total effective rate was 93.33%,and the acupuncture group total effective rate was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical curative of fire needle overmatchs the acupuncture group for the treatment of post stroke depression.Conclusion:1,The treatment group(fire needle group)and control group(acupuncture group)depression of liver qi stagnation type have the curative effeect in the treatment of post stroke,improve the degree of depression.2,The clinical effect of scalp Points and Beishu points acupunctured by fire needle for treatment of post-stroke depression of liver qi stagnation type was more significant,but also laid the foundation for the treatment of diseases to pave the way.
