Observation Of The Comparison Of Therapeutic Effect Between Choosing Jiaji Points And Choosing Beishu Points In Treating LIDP

Objective treating lumbar disc herniation（LDH）by acupuncture has a remarkableclinical effective result, but there is a big difference in choosing acupoints. It is common tochoose Jiaji points and Beishu points when choosing lumbar points.the paper is aimed atobserving the clinical comparison between choosing Jiaji points and choosing Beishupoints in treating LDH so as to improve the curing scheme of treating LDH.Method randomly divide60patients conforming to access standard into2groups,and eliminate2patients in each group duing the study. So actually there are only28patients in each group. Observation group is devoted to treating LDH by choosing Jiajipoints while control group by choosing Beishu points.6times is a treatment course andthere are2courses. Grade the ache via simplified McGill ache table before and aftertreatment,and evaluate the clinical effective result after2courses.Result both groups have good instant pain-killing results and clinical effectiveresults. But observation group is superior to control group and observation group hasshortened the number of treating LDH.Conclusion althought both groups have the same clinical effective result,observation group has a better pain-killing result as well as shortened treating course soas to has a more rapid treating speed.The paper will provide a clinical reference for furtherstudy of treating LDH by acupuncture and be of theoretical significance and clinical value.
