The Exploration Of The Peoblems In Pharmaceutical Care In China

Pharmaceutical care is refers to the professional and technical personnel medicine using professional pharmaceutical knowledge and tools, to provide the direct, responsible and pharmacy-related services(associated with drug using, including the selection of drugs and other knowledge and information.) for public, including medical staff, patients and their family members and other groups, in order to improve the safety, economy, effectiveness of drug treatment, and the quality of human life.Based on a comprehensive overview of pharmaceutical care, mainly including the concept, characteristics, classification, levels of pharmaceutical care, etc, this article expounds the necessity of pharmaceutical care, then discusses the development of pharmaceutical care in our country, the social public demand for pharmaceutical care, and the pharmaceutical care contents of the medical institutions and social pharmacy currently.At present, most of medical institutions, community pharmacies, have carried out different levels of pharmaceutical care work, and obtained some achievements. But it is still in the initial stage, there exists many problems:(1) the lack of a strong legal protection;(2) the low level of attention;(3) the lack of pharmacist and the short of professional quality;(4) the backward pharmaceutical education mode and unsound continuing education system;(5) the low popularity, utilization rate of pharmaceutical care. To solve above problems, this article author objectively described the development of pharmaceutical care of the United States, France and other countries, and analyzed the reason, according to the situation of our country, explored the optimization strategy of the development of pharmaceutical care, which mainly includes:(1) perfecting the laws and regulations of pharmaceutical affairs, building systems of pharmaceutical care platform;(2) developing pharmaceutical service fee standards, setting up the mechanism of pharmacist examination;(3) reformance of pharmacy education system and improving the ability of pharmacists;(4) increasing the propaganda, paying more attention to establishing contact with the public, and so on.On this basis, we carry out pharmaceutical care to investigate the impacts of community-acquired pneumonia in adults through the designed controll trials, the data contained 267 cases of adult patients(18-80 years) between September 2015 and February 2016 during a clear diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia in hospital, which confirmed that the pharmaceutical care is valuable in promoting reasonable drug use, reducing health risk, taking an important role of social medical resource saving and so on, at the same time, provided the reference for the empirical research of pharmaceutical care.It is a slow rising process from initiate to maturity for pharmaceutical care, which needs attention and input of the whole society, as also as a convenient information communication platform. In a word, I hope this article can provide reference to the optimization of pharmaceutical care in our country.
