Research On The Development Strategy Of NK Hospital

With the steady development of our country’s economy,the increase of national consumption level and the enhancement of health consciousness,medical and health care has become an industry of national concern.Its degree of development directly affects the national health level,and even affects the national satisfaction to the country,to a large extent can reflect the national quality of life and social welfare level.In China,public hospitals are the main providers of medical and health services,NK Hospital as a public hospital,for 30 years has been playing the important role of providing basic medical services for the people of T City,and as a burn hospital also undertakes the whole of North China’s disaster relief,heavy emergency management and other government-directed tasks.Although the hospital currently has a high visibility in the field of national burns,but in recent years,with the promotion of national security awareness,the country’s attention to industrial safety and the rapid development of industrial automation technology,the number of burn pathogens has been greatly reduced,making NK hospital in the further development of the face of great challenges.In addition,under the background of the current medical environment of "expensive to see a doctor,difficult to see a doctor,and a surge in the contradiction between doctors and patients",a new round of health care system reform policies introduced by the state since 2009 has also had a significant impact on NK hospital.In order to solve the problem of poor operating efficiency,continuous loss and even facing the survival crisis of NK Hospital due to its own reasons and policy adjustment,this paper studies the development strategy of NK Hospital with the transformation and upgrading of hospital as the starting point.According to the characteristics of NK hospital and the present situation of social development,this paper summarizes the internal and external environment of NK Hospital by using strategic analysis tools such as PEST analysis,five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis,on the basis of literature analysis and the present situation of the research on the development strategy of medical industry at home and abroad.It is found that NK hospital has obvious specialty characteristics and the advantages of support from subordinate colleges and universities,but there is a lack of infrastructure,talent,discipline layout and modernization level and marketing ability to hinder its development.In addition,although the economic upside,increased demand for medical services and so on have brought opportunities for its development,but at the same time faced with the growing strength of competitors,national policy regulation and scientific and technological development brought about by the challenges.Combining with the future development goal and vision of the hospital,this paper puts forward that NK hospital should adopt the improved strategy,take diversification as the overall strategy of the hospital,the difference into the competition strategy and the related function strategy,and through the expansion of scale,the introduction of equipment,improve the discipline construction,enhance the level of scientific teaching and research,strengthen information construction,marketing level Strengthen cultural construction and other means to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
