Analysis Of The Present Situation Of Pharmaceutical Care In A 3A Grade Hospital Under The Background Of Drug Zero Addition Strategy Research

With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society,people’s living standard has been greatly promoted,the expectation of medical service is increasing,and the high quality medical service is the common pursuit of each medical worker.As an important part of medical service,the hospital pharmacy service is a heavy duty in the pharmacy department to provide quality pharmaceutical care for patients.With the total implementation of drug zero addition policies in public hospitals,the impact of drug zero addition policy on pharmacy sector is much,and the focus of the future work of pharmacy personnel will be the consideration in every pharmacy staff in hospital.Therefore,this paper will systematically study the pharmaceutical service in a 3A grade hospital.Based on the analysis of the pharmaceutical service in the hospital,combining the concept of pharmacy service in advanced hospitals at home and abroad,the paper formulates appropriate pharmaceutical care strategy for the Institute,providing the effective development direction for the pharmaceutical service in the hospital,and providing reference for the implementation of pharmacy service in other hospitals in China.In this paper,the effects of drug zero addition to hospital and pharmacy department were analyzed.The paper conducts an in-depth study on the contents of pharmaceutical services implemented in the 3A grade hospital,carries out the SWOT analysis on the environment of pharmacy service in the hospital,and puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen pharmaceutical care in the background of drug zero addition,which can better provide quality pharmaceutical care for patients.
