| In order to strengthen the management and control of the circulation of drugs,shorten the circulation of drugs from the manufacturing enterprises to the medical terminals,and avoid the high prices of drugs caused by the multilayer pricing of distributors,the State Council requires the full implementation of the "two-vote system" in the circulation of drugs.The implementation of "twovote system" has brought about great changes in the field of drug circulation in China.Under the background of "two-vote" pharmaceutical system reform,the main significance of this study is that pharmaceutical distribution enterprises must adjust their development strategy to meet the needs of the new environment if they want to survive.Based on the review of related theories and researches,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of HD pharmaceutical company under the background of "two-vote" pharmaceutical reform.This paper expounds the external environment of HD pharmaceutical company from two aspects of macro-environment Analysis and industry environment analysis,and expounds the internal environment of HD pharmaceutical company from three aspects of human resources,marketing ability and production management.Then,using SWOT analysis from the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of four angles to analyze,list out the SWOT analysis matrix,proposed the strategic matching of HD pharmaceutical company,proposed the development strategy of HD pharmaceutical company,we should choose the overall strategy of diversification,competitive strategy of differentiation,market development strategy,product development strategy,capital Operation Strategy,human resource strategy,Technological Innovation and R & D Strategy.Finally,the implementation guarantee of development strategy is put forward from optimizing information system,developing third-party logistics,strengthening enterprise culture construction and strengthening risk management. |
