Objective:To evaluate the complications, clinical prognosis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis mental health and nursing satisfaction comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods:In this study, from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital infection hospitalized 96 patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into control group(n = 48 patients) and integrated care intervention group(n = 48 cases), observe the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical effect of liver cirrhosis gastrointestinal bleeding.Construction of comprehensive nursing intervention program: the use of evidence-based nursing establish evidence-based problem, identify a search keyword based on questions, retrieve relevant documents, organize the ward nurses to master evidence-based approach to evaluate the application of scientific methods, of evidence authenticity, reliability and clinical relevance to the evaluation system, and finally build a cerebral hemorrhage comprehensive nursing intervention program based on the search results and evaluation results. Implement infection controldepartment general care routine, comprehensive nursing intervention group intervention programs in the implementation of integrated care group basis. All data applications SPSS22.0 software package for analysis. Psychology of the two groups of patients hospitalized, the number of cases occurred complications, prognosis and analysis of patient satisfaction.Results:In terms of mental health, integrated care intervention group of patients with anxiety score was 38.79 ± 8.54, depression score was 37.69 ± 9.86, control group anxiety score was 49.64 ± 9.61, depression score was 47.65 ± 9.65, There was a significant different( p <0.05); Complications, comprehensive nursing intervention group were complication rate was 16.53%, 24.96% in the control group, There was a significant different(p <0.05); clinical prognosis of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention group improved discharge rates to 84.51%, 67.65%,The controls,There was a significant different(p <0.05); patient satisfaction comprehensive nursing intervention group patients or family satisfaction with nursing care and treatment was 95.0% in the control group was 85.63%; There was a significant different(p <0.05). Anxiety based integrated care using evidence-based nursing interventions in patients with depression scores, decreased complication rates, patient treatment and care environment satisfaction improved significantly, and There was a significant different(p <0.05).Conclusion:Based on the comprehensive nursing intervention to implement evidence-based medicine can be effective in reducing gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis of anxiety and depression, reduce complications and improve clinical efficacy in patients, increase patient satisfaction with hospital health care work.
