Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on mental status, complication and nursing satisfaction of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 110 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from Feb.2013 to June 2014 were divided into observation ogrup (n=55) and control group (n=55)at random. Construction of the comprehensive nursing intervention program:The evidence-based nursing method was adopted to confirm the evidence-based questions. the search keywords was determined by the questions. The authenticity and reliability of the literature was evaluated by the nursing staff who had grasped the method of evidence-based nursing. Based on the retrieval results and the systematic reviews, the comprehensive nursing intervention program for Intracerebral hemorrhage was constructed.The observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention while the control group were given conventional nursing intervention.All data packets for data analysis and processing using SPSS17.0 software. Observe two groups of patients during hospitalization of mental status, complications of numbers of cases, patients satisfaction.Results:The anxiety score of the comprehensive nursing intervention group patients was 40.39±9.71 in the control group. The depression score was 38.96±10.24.The anxiety score of the control group patients was 47.15±7.97. The depression score was45.82±10.24. The complication rate in the observation group was 14.5%, while the control group was36.3%. The satisfaction of patients or families on the environment of treatment of is 95.4% in the observation group, while the control group was 88.8%. After nursing intervention, the anxiety and the complication rate in observation group was much lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of service attitude was much higher than that in control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the mental status and nursing satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and reduce the occurrence rate of complication of patients during the medical treatment. It is worthy to be popularized.
