Objective:through the questionnaire survey to understand cancer hospital nursing staff palliative care knowledge to master the status quo, in-depth analysis influence the influence factors of palliative nursing care knowledge situation, put forward targeted Suggestions and improvement methods, provided the scientific basis for palliative care related researches. Methods:a cross-sectional study design was used to cluster sampling method, choose a first-class ternary tumor specialized subject hospital,245 nursing staff as the research object, using the design of general data questionnaire to understand the demographic data, the use of palliative care knowledge questionnaire (PCQN) and Bradley attitude assessment questionnaire assessment palliative nursing care.Epidata3.0 is adopted to establish the database, using SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis.Results:254 nursing staff knowledge questionnaire (PCQN) scored an average of palliative care (10.70±3.41), the average accuracy is 53.48%, among them "spirit of psychosocial support" dimension standard divide the highest (0.61±0.25), the influence factors of "the philosophy of palliative care and the principle of dimension are the energy level, educational background, departments, the influence factors of "pain and symptoms control" dimension are the title, educational background, departments, the influence factors of "psychological social moral support" dimensions are age, working fixed number of year; Bradley attitude assessment questionnaire, (35.31±2.65) marks divide the highest standard of "communication" nurse dimension is (3.23±0.57) points, main factors influence palliative oncology nursing personnel attitude are level and title.Conclusion:the three level of first-class hospital oncology nurses' attitude palliative care knowledge and attitude, influenced by various factors, it is particularly important to carry on the relevant professional training.
