Study On Status Quo Of Nurses' Knowledge And Attitudes On Palliative Care In Shanghai

A survey was carried out to aim at the status and influential factors of nurses'knowledge and attitudes by the knowledge and attitude questionnaires of palliative care .At the same time,qualitative methods were used among 8 nurses during the process of the study . All the datas were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 soft. To sum up, the whole status quo of nurses'knowledge and attitudes of palliative care in Shanghai are not satisfied and many problems will need to be further solved. In order to ensure the development of palliative care in China in the future,the counter-measures that we should primarily adopt are below: Firstly, strengthening palliative care professional procession; Secondly, building palliative care support system; Thirdly, improving palliative care indemnificatory system.
