Effect Yiqihuoxue On Early Postoperative Arthroscopic Meniscal Function

Objective:The use of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical theory of governance,to investigate the effects of Yiqihuoxue arthroscopic meniscal early postoperative functional recovery.Methods:Choose December 2014 to December 2015 from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopaedics Area A knee meniscus injury and arthroscopic repair surgery to clear part of the thickened synovium or partial removal of the meniscus is subject,check using random number table,Select 60 patients eligible subjects,then according to the proportion of 1:1 randomly divided into experimental group and control group,namely,30 cases of test group(Buyanghuanwu decoction group)and 30 cases of control group(Venostan),30 cases in each group.The experimental group on the second day after surgery taking Buyanghuanwu soup,the control group of patients in the first two days after taking Venostan(Extract of Horse Chestnut Seeds Tablets),period of treatment to 14 days.Two groups of patients with postoperative to conventional physical therapy and rehabilitation exercise,compare two groups of patients in the preoperative and postoperative pain degree 2 weeks(VAS score),2 weeks postoperatively,joint swelling degree change and knee range within 2 weeks(ROM).And using Spss 19.0 statistical analysis.Research result:1,The statistical results showed that the experimental group and the control group in the preoperative age,sex,disease site,pain(VAS score),no significant difference in joint swelling and knee range of motion(ROM)and other general information aspect(P> 0.05),it was statistically significant.2,Within the same group after 1 day and 1 day before the pain has eased;The comparison between the experimental group and the control way,twogroups of patients with postoperative day 1-8 degree of pain(VAS score)the comparison of differences has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),however,shows the results of two groups of postoperative 9-14 days level of pain(VAS score)comparative difference was statistically significant(P < o.05).3,One day after the same group compared the degree of swelling and alleviate both the previous day;there was statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group(P <0.05).4,One day after his knee compare the average range of motion(ROM)and the previous day in the same group had remission;comparison between experimental and control groups,the mean knee range of motion(ROM)2-7days the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),after 8-14 days the average knee range of motion(ROM)difference was statistically significant(P <O.05),was statistically significant.Conclusions:Two drugs for the treatment of knee arthroscopy postoperative pain has a significant effect;the experimental group after 9-14 days of treatment efficacy in patients with respect to pain than the control group;Buyanghuanwu soup and Weili Tan(horse chestnut seed extract tablets)can promote meniscus injury after arthroscopic knee swelling subsided;the experimental group than the control group to improve joint swelling effective than the control group;two drugs to improve postoperative range of motion the treatment has a significant effect;the experimental group after the first 8-14 days for the improvement of a patient’s knee range of motion than the control group.
