| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and statistical analysis of Taohong Siwu liquid in treating knee joint swelling and pain after meniscus injury arthroscopy,we scientifically evaluate the effect of Taohong Siwu liquid in treating knee joint swelling and pain after meniscus injury arthroscopy,and provide scientific basis for treating meniscus injury arthroscopy swelling and pain in clinical practice.More effective treatment methods and ideas to promote functional recovery of knee joint after arthroscopic surgery.Methods:The cases included in the study came from the department of limb joint department of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and 60 cases were collected in accordance with the inclusive criteria of this study.Sixty patients with meniscal injury after arthroscopy were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n = 30)received routine treatment;treatment group(n = 30)was treated with Taohong Siwu liquid on the basis of routine treatment,and the control group(n = 30)was treated with Taohong Siwu liquid.Oral administration,1 day,2 times,once 60 ml.Take it for 2 weeks.The treatment cycle of both groups was 2 weeks.During the course of treatment,the patients in both groups were observed and recorded at 1,3,7 and 14 days after operation,respectively,at the time point of 1,3,7 and 14 days after operation.VAS pain score.The circumference of knee joint was measured on day 1,day 3,day 7,day 14 after operation,and swelling value was calculated at the same time.On the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation,the Lysholm scores of the knee joint were observed and recorded.In the end,SPSS 20 was used to analyze the experimental data,taking P < 0 05 as the standard of statistical significance.Results:1.One patient withdrew from the trial because he did not take the drug as required,and one patient was discharged early from the trial.There were 29 patients in the treatment group and 29 patients in the control group,58 cases were actually completed,and the rate of withdrawal was 3.3%.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The general data of the two groups included sex and the site of the operation was tested by Chi-square test(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in age between the two groups by independent sample t test(P < 0.05).3.Intra-group comparison: The pain VAS score and swelling value of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the Lysholm score after treatment was higher than that before treatment.4.Group comparison: there was no significant difference in knee swelling between the two groups on the 1st day and 14 th day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was statistical difference on the 3rd day and the 7th day after operation(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups on the postoperative day 1 and 14(P > 0.05).The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.There was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups on the first day and the 14 th day after operation(P > 0.05),but there was statistical difference on the 3rd day and the 7th day after the operation(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Taohong Siwuye can better improve the swelling and pain of knee joint in early stage after arthroscopy for meniscus injury than the simple routine treatment after operation,which is conducive to better therapeutic effect.2.The application of Taohong Siwuye in the improvement of symptoms after arthroscopy for meniscus injury is more conducive to the recovery of knee joint function after operation than conventional treatment.3.In the course of this experiment,there were no adverse reactions and the drug was safe.4.The application of Taohong Siwu liquid in the treatment of knee joint swelling and pain after arthroscopy for meniscus injury deserves clinical promotion. |
