| Objective :By using a fairy bone joint capsaicin cream remains capsule treatment of inunction,evaluate its sex for glucocorticoids osteoporosis(glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,GIOP)of actual clinical curative effect and security,and explore its effect mechanism.Methods : 1.Clinical cases: A total of 60 patients clinically diagnosed with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis were selected from the Department of Rheumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022,including 30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.Before the initiation of medication,statistical data processing was carried out on the general conditions such as age,gender and course of disease,and the results showed that the two groups could be compared.2.Treatment methods: The control group was treated with alfacalcalcitol soft capsules + calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsules + capsaicine cream on the basis of the control group.To observe the treatment duration is 6 months.3.Observation indexes :Bone metabolism indexes(PTH,BGP,CT,and vit-D),symptom indexes(overall response rate,VAS score,TCM syndrome integral quantification table),bone density,safety indexes,and adverse drug reactions in two groups.Results:A total of 60 GIOP patients were included,and 2 cases fell off due to personal reasons during the study,including 1 case in each group,leaving 58 subjects to participate in the study.1.Comparison of total effective rate: After 6 months of clinical treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.76%,while that of the control group was 58.62%,indicating that the treatment group was higher than the control group.The statistical software analysis showed that the comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After 6 months of treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05),which proved that Xianling Gubao capsule combined with capsaicine cream acupoint rubbing was better than western medicine alone in the control group.3.Comparison of pain visual analog score: After 6 months of treatment time,after comparative analysis of the data,the pain visual analog score of the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the comparison between groups showed that the pain relief effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of bone metabolism indexes:After 6 months of treatment,the analysis data showed that PTH content decreased in both groups,while BGP,CT and vit-D contents increased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of bone mineral density measurement:After 6 months of treatment observation,bone mineral density(waist and hips)of both groups increased,and the improvement effect of treatment group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions: gastrointestinal reactions,anemia,rash and other adverse reactions occurred in both the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),so Xianling Gubao capsule combined with capsaicine cream acupoint rubbing will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine,Xianling Gubao capsule combined with capsaicine cream can effectively relieve the symptoms of glucocorticoid osteoporosis.The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group with single western medicine regimen,indicating that the combined treatment of GIOP had significant clinical effect and improved the quality of life of patients.It can effectively reduce the content of PTH in serum and increase the content of BGP,CT and vit-D,so as to improve bone metabolism,providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of GIOP.There was no increase of adverse reactions in the treatment group compared with the control group of single western medicine regimen,indicating that the safety of the treatment group was good. |
