Study On Therapeutic Effects Of Ping Chuan Ke Wai Fu San Internal And External Therapy On Treating Cough And Asthma Of Bronchial Asthma Attack In Childen

Objective:Collect,arrange Professor Wang ’s experience in the treatment of Cough and Asthma of Bronchial Asthma Attack in Childen,verify the effectiveness of Ping Chuan Ke Wai Fu San internal and external therapy on the treatment of children asthma,lay the foundation for furthering research of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment experience of Infantile Asthmatic Cough.Methods : learning follow teacher in clincal practice,collecting cases of children patient from First Affiliated Hospital of xx University of Chinese Medicine,who were diagnosed as Bronchial Asthma Attack with Cough and Asthma.Record Integration of main syndrome before treatment and the first day、the second day、the third day、the sixth day after treatment,statistic the reducing score rate of major symptom,in order to evaluate the efficacy and aging of Ping Chuan Ke Wai Fu San internal and external therapy on treating Cough and Asthma of Bronchial Asthma Attack in Childen.For two groups of receiving nebulization treatment and not receiving nebulization treatment,record integration of main syndrome before treatment and the first day、the second day、the third day、the sixth day after treatment,statistic the reducing score rate of major symptom,to compare the difference between the two groups on the effectiveness of the treatment.Results:Arrival at a conclusion,The total effective rates were 100%.There were no significant differences in the resolution of Cough and Rale,but significant differences in Asthma on the first day after treatment.On the second day and the third day after treatment,there were significant differences in the resolution of Asthma 、 Cough and Rale(P < 0.05).The improvement of Asthma is obviously than the improvement of Cough and Rale(P<0.05).The improvement of Cough is obviously than the Rale(P<0.05).On the sixth day after treatment,there were significant differences in the resolution of Asthma、Cough、Rale and Wheeze,and the improvement of Asthma and Wheeze was more significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in the improvement betwwen Asthma and wheeze(P<0.05).For two groups of receiving nebulization treatment and not receiving nebulization treatment,there were no significant differences in the resolution of Asthma、Cough and Rale(P>0.05).Conclusion:Action of Ping Chuan Ke Wai Fu San and Ma Xing Er Chen Decoction internal and external therapy has a significant curative effect on antitussive and antiasthmatic,and the antiasthmatic effect was quick.It is an effective therapy for Childenwith Cough and Asthma of Bronchial Asthma Attack in clinical medicine.
