To Observe The Effects Of Ping Chuang Keli,Which Makes What Effects On Treating Chronic Bronchial Asthma(Yang Xu),Andits Effects On The Serum IL13

Objective:To observe the effects of Ping Chuan Ke Li, which makes what effects on treating chronic bronchial asthma(Yang Xu), and its effects on the serum IL-13Methods:Select the 66 cases of chronic bronchial asthma, who are in the second or in the third level of the disease, randomly divide the cases into the treatment grouP and the control grouP, in fact, the control grouP comPletes 32 cases, so does the treatment grouP. The treatment grouP are given Ping Chuan Ke Li, while the control grouP are given SaltPeter Intoxicate and Astronautical ProPitiation Powder for Inhalation, to observe the variation in clinical symPtoms, signs, ACT scores and the changes of Pulmonary function of the chronic bronchial asthma cases before and after treatment, to detect the level of IL-13 in serum before and after treatment by using ELISA.Results:l.The total effective rate of the treatment grouP is 96.88%, the total effective rate of the control grouP is 87.50%.ComParing the effective rate of the two grouPs is statistical significance(P<0.05), while the treatment grouP makes more significant improvement of the cases on the cold, cold limbs, lumbar debility, lung wheezing sound than the control grouP(P< 0.05), with this clarification, we can see that Ping Chuan Ke Li can effectively imProve the cases’clinical symPtoms and their Physical signs.2.Ping Chuan Ke Li can obviously imProve the ACT score, and the treatment grouP is better than that of the control grouP(P< 0.05), comParing the effective rate of the two grouPs is statistical significance (P<0.05), comParing the effective rate of the two grouPs is statistical significance(P< 0.05).3.The levels of IL-13 in serum of the two grouPs significantly decrease after the treatment(P< 0.05), while the level of the treatment grouP is obviously lower than the control grouP, there are significant differences between the two grouPs(P<0.05).4.After the treatment, the lung function(FEV1、FEV1/FVC%、PEF)of the two grouPs both have a certain degree of increase in value, but it is no statistical significance before and after the treatment(P> 0.05).5.The safety index of chronic bronchial asthma are not obviously abnormal before and after the treatment.Conclusion:1.The treatment of Ping Chuan Ke Li can effectively imProve the chronic bronchial asthma Patients on clinical symPtoms, clinical sign, ACT score, and suPerior to the control grouP.2. The treatment of Ping Chuan Ke Li can effectively reduce the levels of IL-13 in serum.
