Objective: Research on the method of DI Tan Tong Fu and Yi Qi Huo Xue combined with mechanical ventilation on pulmonary encephalopathy patients with ventilation function, the time of consciousness recovery, and the method of DI Tan Tong Fu and Yi Qi Huo Xue reduce abdominal distention?vomitting and other adverse reactions caused by noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,to further explore the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary system for emergency and severe cases.Method: Based on standard cases, selected 99 cases of Pulmonary Encephalopathy patients from Janurary 2014 to December 2015 in hospital affiliated to Luzhou medical university. According to the order, patients were divided to tow groups, the treatment group and the control group which one is 66 cases and one is 33 cases, and it must follow to randomly. The control group used noninvasive ventilation in conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group on the basis of the control takes Chinese medicine medicinal Chengqi enteroclyster and intestinal fluid retention enema treatment,1 time a day,7 days for a period of treatment. The treatment of patients with visual reaction can be appropriately adjusted the dosage and course of treatment. Observation breathing, ventilation and oxygenation indexes of two groups, compared two groups of noninvasive ventilation in patients with abdominal distention, vomiting,Consciousness recovery time, mechanical ventilation time, endotracheal intubation cases, successful cases and death cases from machine. At the same time the data by statistics is analyzed by using of statistical software SPSS.Result: It is concluded that the basic condition of two groups was no significant difference before treatment.(1)Treatment group before and after treatment of TCM symptom score improvement extent there are differences in comparison with the control group(P < 0.05).(2) The treatment group's clinical curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)compare blood gas analysis index: The treatment group before and after treatment the Pa CO2 and the Pa O2 improvement extent there are no differences in compared with the control group(P > 0.05).(4)compare ventilation time: Mechanical ventilation time lower in treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Consciousness recovery time comparison: Treatment group after treatment 1 day GCS score improved better than that of control group(P<0.05),compared two groups of GCS score 7 days after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference differences(P>0.05);(6)compare complications:the Complications after treatment group decreased significantly compared with controls, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7) Treatment group endotracheal intubation rate and and withdraw machine the successful cases there are differences between compared with control group(P < 0.05).(6)The AST, ALT, BUN, Cr of Treatment group after treatment compared with controls no difference(P > 0.5).Conclusion: Combining he method of DI Tan Tong Fu and Yi Qi Huo Xue and noninvasive ventilation have effects to Pulmonary Encephalopathy patient as follows:It can improve the ventilation function of pulmonary encephalopathy patients, reduce ventilation time, improve the average time of consciousness recovery, reduce the tracheal intubation rate and the number of death cases, reduce the incidence of complications of patients with abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting, aspiration.
