Study On Decision Support System For Pingjiang Ecological County Construction Planning And Management

Ecological county construction plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization in China, and has been widely carried out throughout the country. Have a scientific and reasonable ecological county planning is the precondition of implementing engineering construction of the ecological county,the effective management of the ecological county construction is the premise and guarantee of create ecological county.In the process of construction of ecological county,in order to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness,planning need to regulate and optimize according to the changes of the society, economy and environment of the county.Planning and management of the construction of the ecological county should be an organic whole and dynamic continuous cycle. In this research we take Pingjiang County as a case study, focuses on analyzing the requirements and characteristics of the ecological county construction in planning and management, and designing a decision support system for Pingjiang ecological county construction planning and management on the basis of the technology of DSS. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) The system's development principles,methods and goals were established according to the actual situation of Pingjiang ecological county construction, function and data requirements of decision support system on planning and management were analyzed, with using to the integration technology of GIS and DSS, data mining technology, data warehouse technology, and the research on Internet GIS (Web GIS) technology.(2) The overall structure, database and model base for the decision support system were designed for Pingjiang ecological county construction planning and management.(3) The decision support system for Pingjiang ecological county construction planning and management was developed by using of Microsoft C # programming language, based on SQL Server database management system and SuperMap geographical information system.(4) The decision support system for Pingjiang ecological county construction planning and management was established through site configuration of Super Map IS.NET and Internet Information Server. The system functions include sharing and managing the basic information and planning achievements, managing construction projects, model analysis, prediction, and the information communication platform for public participation.
