The Method Research On Ecological County Planning Based On Ecological Suitability Evaluation In Pingjiang County

According to "society-economy-environment" complex ecosystem theory, a multi-objective coordination theory and the sustainable development theory,the method of ecological county planning based on land ecological suitability analysis has been studied with the county land use spatial pattern and pattern of environmental security, by using analytic hierarchy process and GIS technology in Pingjiang County.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Land-use space management database platform of Pingjiang County is established based on GIS.Raw data is collected through the data collection and field investigation, the GIS technology is used for processing of the Mapgis format's data of land use present situation and the distribution of basic farmland,for dealing with economic and social statistics.and convert it into various raster data,then various raster data about suitability analysis of land use in Pingjiang County are uniformly put into storage to establish a land-use space management database platform based on GIS.The database contains basic database, natural environment, environmental safety and social economic database.(2)Ecological suitability analysis index system of Pingjiang County is established by the principles of integrity, feasibility, adaptability and selectivity. The slope, aspect, elevation, hydrological location, basic farmland, natural disasters and distance, land use, traffic location, with the town's distance, the forest coverage rate and population density totaling 11 indicators are selected to construct the whole analysis index system from the three major factors:natural environmental factors, environmental safety factors and social economic factors.(3)EcologicaI suitability comprehensive evaluation of the Pingjiang County land use in 2014. The comprehensive evaluation model of weighted summation of ecological suitability is concluded, the land ecological suitability evaluation is carried out through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the GIS space technology. Each type of land use area is calculated according to the result of comprehensive evaluation map of land use ecological suitability evaluation,and which is suitable for urban construction land area is 358.875 km2, the area suitable for village construction land is 1119.176 km-, the area suitable for ecological agriculture construction land is 132.669 km2, the area suitable for ecological forestry construction land is 2269.648 km2, the area suitable for ecological industrial construction land is 234.062 km2.(4)The ecological suitability comprehensive evaluation result of the Pingjiang County's land use, which as a result and basis of the Pingjiang County's ecological industry and ecological residential planning, which provide a scientific method and basis for the construction of the county town, the layout of the mining and transportation and the development of agriculture and forestry.
