A Primary Research About The Ecological Planning In County

Economy and urbanization have been developing rapidly in China in recent years. At the same time the environmental quality of the whole country is tending downwards with the phenomena as urban problems, unbalance of regionally ecological environment and etc. At present investment and economy are developing rapidly in some little county? especially in satellite county. In these areas which are wide-opened, high-exploited, intensively intervened and rapidly developing, in order to achieve sustainable development the ecological problems should be realized clearly and solved reasonably. Qihe county, which consists of the weste part of Shandong province, is the nearest satellite county of Jinan. This paper take Qihe's ecological planning and construction as an example, to provide means to solve the regionally ecological and environmental problems by analyzing regional ecological environment with a rapidly developing economy, and to seek after a pattern of ecological planning and construction in areas of little county.At first the paper reviews the origin of ecological planning theory and its basic theory, and introduces the status and developing tendency. Second the paper clarifies the meaning of ecological planning and construction, and the particularity of construction in little county. Then it makes the ecological planning all-around ecological and environmental for Qihe county to propose a system of construction.The county's ecological planning and construction should think over county's features and integrate all part of this area. The economy, society and environment should be taken in harmony with the principle of taking ecological environment into first consideration, and then a beautiful living environment will be achieved.
