The migrant worker is an important part in the labor market of present China. The migrant worker is also a kind of special exists in China. Because the level of human capital of migrant workers is generally low. Most of them work hardly. The wage of migrant workers is at the below of "S" type of labor supply curve. With the rising of wage, the working time of migrant workers is reduced. Wage and social insurance have a certain influence on the working time of migrant workers. They are important for the overwork. This paper is based on Dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2013. The micro econometric method is used in this paper. Firstly binary choice model is used to research the influence of wages to the overwork. Secondly, working time can reflect the situation of overwork. So regression analysis has been carried out on the working time. The wage has been studied to research the influence to working time, and then overwork can be estimated. Finally, the migrant workers have been divided into seven parts. And the model of working time equation is estimated respectively. The results of the study show that there is a negative relationship between hourly wage and overwork. There is also a negative relationship between hourly wage and working time. It shows that with the increasing of wage working time will be reduced. And the degree of overwork can be reduced too. And the wage flexibility of working time is-0.1976.The change of wage can cause a change of the working time. The wage flexibility of working time in individual business is-0.1621. It is the lowest. In the state-owned enterprises and institutions, the wage flexibility of working time is-0.2167. In the collective enterprises, the wage flexibility of working time is-0.2212. In the private enterprises, the wage flexibility of working time is-0.2290. And the wage flexibility of working time in foreign capital enterprise is-0.3020. In sino-foreign joint venture, it is-0.3164. They are more higher. The matching method is used in this paper. Firstly binary choice model is used to research the influence of social security to the overwork. Secondly, matching method is used into analyzing the influence of social security on overwork. And then the social security has been studied to research the influence to working time. Finally, the migrant workers have been divided into seven parts. And the model of working time equation is estimated respectively. Analysis results show that there is a negative relationship between participating in social security and overwork. There is also a negative relationship between participating in social security and working time. The result shows that if migrant workers participate in medical insurance, they can reduce 0.85 hours. At the same time the proportion of overwork can decline 3.16%. If migrant workers participate in endowment insurance, they can reduce 2.31 hours. The proportion of overwork can decline 8.44%. If migrant workers participate in other insurance, they can also reduce 5.57 hours. The proportion of overwork can also decline 16.42%. This all illustrated that there is a negative relationship between participating in social insurance and overwork. The research in this paper has important significance. It can help people to understand the relationship between the labor reward and the overwork of migrant workers. It can also help people to understand the overwork situation of migrant workers and help to improve the design and evaluation of the social security system. Wage and social insurance have a certain influence on the working time of migrant workers. They are important for the overwork. This paper can help to deepen the understanding of overwork and help to improve the labor reward of migrant workers.
