Study On The Medical Insurance Problems Of Chinese Migrant Worker

Since the reform and open policy, many migrant workers shift toward city from rural area; now, our country has 200 million migrant workers approximately. In the process of city and development of the economy, the migrant worker is bringing the important effect into play. The migrant worker already becomes important component of our country industrial worker, however, because our country social security system is imperfect. By now, social security system of Chinese excludes majority migrant workers; their rights are often encroached on. It is expensive and difficult for migrant workers to see doctors, which seems particularly prominent. They need to obtain the basic medical service. In recent years, the government realizes significance and urgency in resolving problem of migrant Workers'medical service; a lot of scholars bring forward self-viewpoint. The government has come into being a little policy to resolve problem of the migrant Workers' medical, but these policies do not resolve problem of the migrant Workers'medical radically. Now, the study on the problem of migrant workers'medical insurance has the great theoretical significance and practical meaning in guaranteeing migrant workers'basic health right, perfecting medical insurance system and furthermore promoting the construction of harmonious society.In this thesis, under the guidance of related theory of the medical insurance, using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, we analyze the present situation of migrant workers'medical insurance and existing problems, and then combine with development tendency of migrant workers and the present resources of the medical insurance system to carry on some explorations to the peasant consummation of migrant workers'medical insurance. From the aspect of system environment optimization, we describe the safeguard measures that ensure the benign operation of migrant workers'medical insurance.
