Research On Financial Ecological Environment Evaluation In Tianjin

December 7,2004, the Governor of People’s Bank of China Zhou Xiaochuan published an article titled "improve the legal system, improve the financial environment. "He studied the relationship between financial ecology and law, focusing on the legal issues of financial ecological environment, which caused great concern in the domestic circles of scholars, they began to realize that the financial ecology in the economy plays a vital role.Finance is the core of modern economy,a good financial ecological environment will play an important supporting role for sustainable economic development.Tianjin is the economic center of the north,occupying an important position in the joint development of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei.With the Free Trade Area of Tianjin being approved,Tianjin won the economic development opportunity.However, the financial environment in Tianjin is an important factor in economic development.Based on this,the title is "Research on financial ecological environment evaluation in Tianjin",a study from the perspective of the financial environment evaluation research.Firstly, the paper discusses the theory about financial ecology, trying to find the internal mechanism of the financial ecological operatio, financial structure theory and financial development theory.Depending on indicators describing analysis to build financial ecological evaluation index system in Tianjin.With factor analysis and horizontal comparison method to evaluate the quality of financial ecological environment in Tianjin,finding the short board:Industrial structure is not reasonable, low level of financial resources, legal integrity of the environment are poor.Based on this, the paper will propose policy recommendations to improve the financial environment in Tianjin from three aspects including economic development, financial resources and ecological protection of the financial system in a targeted manner.So as to provide a reference for the economic development and finance ecological improvement in Tianjin.
