The shipping is a capital-concentrated industry.There is a huge investment risk and amount of funds in shipping.And it has a long investment cycle,which determines it's difficult to their own strength to achieve rapid growth.The financial services industry can provide a strong support for the shipping industry.From the perspective of the development path of the international shipping center,they both have a perfect financial service system.The financial service industry makes a contribution to the construction of soft environment of the whole international financial center.The combination of the shipping and the financial will promote the development of shipping-financial industry,and promote the prosperity and development of shipping finance,shipping insurance,financial leasing,international settlement and other related derivatives business.Guangzhou is important port city.It has congenital conditions,which support the development of shipping.And the city benefits from the development of international financial center.Compared with other coastal city,Guangzhou is closer to HongKong.it has geographical advantage and it can get more development opportunities and market information.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop shipping finance industry in Guangzhou and it is also important to study the development of shipping finance in Guangzhou.The research object of this paper is the ecological environment of shipping finance in Guangzhou the first of all,this paper displays current situation of Guangzhou shipping finance ecological environment from four aspects of shipping economy,shipping and financial development,credit environment,legal environment and government behavior.And then establish the evaluation index system of Guangzhou shipping financial ecological environment,collect the corresponding data of each index and make statistical analysis by using factor analysis method.Finally,according to analysis conclusion,the paper will puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of Guangzhou shipping finance ecological environment.
