In modern economy, economists through a large number of empirical studies haveshown that the financial and economic growth exist the benign interaction, the level offinancial development is closely related to the level of regional economic development,and a good financial ecological environment is the premise of financial sectordevelopment. Financial ecology is a concept with Chinese characteristics, the concept ofecology to the financial sector, and emphasized to use research methods to examine thedevelopment of the financial ecology problems. Based on the experience of thedeveloped country urban development, basically if the city economic develops well,iitattaches great importance to financial ecological environment construction andoptimization. The financial ecological environment of our country clearly presents theregional differences, studies have shown that the whole, the eastern part of the financialecological environment is the best, in the western region second (although in thewestern region economic development is slow, but its non-performing loan ratio is low,quality in central region is higher than financial assets); And in central and northeasternparts of financial ecological environment is the worst, financial ecological environmentdifferences lead to differences in financial conditions, directly affects the financing costand the availability of local financial resources. The third part mainly has carriedon the central regional financial ecological environment evaluation of empiricalresearch, designs the evaluation of provincial financial ecological environmentevaluation system, mainly in the central six provinces, henan, hubei, shanxi, anhui,hunan, jiangxi), eastern three provinces, guangdong, zhejiang, shandong) and thewestern provinces (sichuan, guangxi) as the evaluation objects, using the main factoranalysis method and the SPSS19.0software for marking and sorting of provincialfinancial ecological environment.
