This thesis is designed human resource management system is a lot of work using a computer to carry out a comprehensive modernization of personnel information management. The system has good flexibility, openness. Power companies can easily manage employee information, payroll information, and attendance, improve the efficiency of the management of change. In the use of the system, in order to strengthen the security of information management, user management, especially in setting up different administrative privileges.Available through research needs analysis reports, analysis and classification system use cases, write a detailed requirements document, for better analysis system and establish design task, the system draws case diagram and function block diagram using Visio tools available to achieve.
