The intelligence of human resources management is an important means for the development of modern hospitals.In the process of human resource management,the hospital human resources management information system as an administrative front-end portal system has been performing effective operations and services,and then the personnel resources information management of Taiwan and the intelligent analysis and judgment of information have been the current human resources.A weak link in the management system lacks an effective technology management system.How to combine the on-board,transfer,promotion,and resignation of hospital personnel into a complete hospital human resources management information system through an advanced intelligent information management system is a problem that the current hospital needs to consider,and it is also to improve The quality of the entire hospital.With the continuous development of the industry and the continuous increase and complexity of hospital staff,the scale of the hospital is gradually expanding,and the number of hospital departments has shown rapid growth.The amount of data contained in the system has also increased dramatically.The increase in the amount of data has brought difficulties to data analysis and management in hospitals.At the same time,how to extract effective information from these data information has become a problem that the management department bears and solves.Through these data information,some laws can be summarized to provide some effective basis for hospitals to make decisions.This is also the current hospital human resources.An important direction for the development of management information systems.This article first introduces the research background and significance of the design and implementation of hospital human resource management information system,combines domestic and international research trends,analyzes the current business process of hospital human resources management and the technical difficulties faced by the system design,so as to determine the use of Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition technology to establish a hospital Human resources management system.Therefore,this paper analyzes the overall design of the system,analyzes the requirements of the system,and uses database technology and network technology to divide the system design into several parts such as employee information management,system management,department information management,attendance information management,and salary management.Part of the functional modules are divided one by one to determine the main functions of each module,using J2 EE development language and SQL SERVER 2012 database to achieve the realization of each function,and then complete the system implementation and system testing to ensure the effective operation of the hospital human resources management system.
