With the development of programming and database technology, information management systems based on databases have become more and more popular.The vocational colleges have more and more faculties in the recent years because of the enlarging scale of enrollment. In the face of the redundant personal data and information of the faculty and the calculation of the payment, it is necessary to realize the informationization of management. The paper is on the basis of Shandong Vocational College of Industry and tries to develop a synthetic management system of human resource that fits the vocational colleges.The paper introduces the designing theory and developing tools of software. After the analysis of the present situation of human resource management, there will be a categorization of functional modules based on the improvement measurements. And then the databases of different functional modules will be built with the help of the three-layer module of Visual C++ to realize the data linking and the whole system of human resource management.In the developing process, the system is strictly based on the three-layer designing, which can realize the separating of the data layer, the logic layer and the presentation layer, to preserve the future development. After the compilation, the test aiming at the system will be carried out.This system can realize the information management of the departments, the positions and the faculty. At the same time, the different modules interact each other to avoid the separation of the items. All these make the system of human resource management more perfect. The system will also bring much convenience to the users because of the friendly interface and easy operation which will provide efficiency and professional support to the executors of human resource.
