Design And Implementation Of Transform And Manage Module Of V.35/E1Based On STM32

Commonly in the network of communication backbone, V.35signals that come from routers need to be transmitted for a long distance. V.35line can not achieve this goal while SDH network can. The problem is that V.35signals cannot be transmitted by SDH network directly, therefore V.35/E1protocol converter earns its place--converting V.35signals into El signal to achieve long-distance transmission in SDH network. Based on this background, this dissertation is going to discuss the design and implementation of the conversion and the management of V.35/E1based on STM32.The purpose of this dissertation is to briefly analyze the requirements for system software, to raise the principal solutions and to design the framework of it. The transform module of protocol accomplishes the transform between V.35signals and El signals. It can achieve timeslot allocation with E1line, follow the peer device timeslots and bandwidth, provide alarm signals from E1line, report the running status of the devices to the network management system in time and excute the configuration of the network management system. IAP online update and the command-line debugging are also required. The following works have been completed:the development of UART serial driver, three buses driver (SPI, I2C and Intel), conversion chip driver and FLASH driver; online-update of IAP and debug of CLI. In this dissertation, the principles and the mechanisms of hardware of different modules are described; the driver software and management software are designed in details; and also the sample waveform of some buses and CLI command line running interface are exhibited.The protocol converter has been tested completely in testing department and turned out it has fully achieved its functions, which is IAP online update function, CLI module and the other system management functions.
