Along with the development of navigation and monitoring device, as well as the increasing perfection of computer tech and telecommunication tech, there appears a new technology system-automatic identification system, aka AIS system, with a feature of more massive information, and more widely usage. So far, AIS system has become mainstream technology in navigation, and has a greater influence domestically and internationally, gradually become the key tech in the domain of ship navigation. As a vital part of AIS system, base station web system determines the efficiency and performance of the whole system.Based on research and requests of the relevant users of this tech, a requirement analysis has been established. As a result, the system is determined to involve4modules, which are series port module, decoding module, web module, and save module, which accomplish the function of serial port data receiving, web creating, message decoding, as well as the extraction of base station message and alarm message. Except for all the functions as mentioned above, the system can also decode the static and dynamic message, as well as build log text; has primarily accomplished the basic function of the AIS base station web system.Combined with AIS tech, this essay analyze the AIS web system from aspects of both theoretical analysis and practical engineering, emphasizing the system’s entity design and detail implement of the modules, requirement analysis, entity design as well as implement method and flow of the modules.At last, in order to test this system, a test is done in the AIS server lab. From the aspect of application and robustness, a system test method was made, and a practical test is done based on that. According to the test of the system, which includes the comparison of the input data and output data, the system is with high stability, wide application, and high robustness.This research is based on part of national significant subject "key tech with new independent AIS navigation system of high usability".
