With the maturity of the domestic instrumentation industry and the strong support of national policies,the process of instrument localization has been accelerated obviously.In the process of instrument localization,instrument replacement in the case of demand updating,configuration upgrading and equipment modularization will consume a lot of time and energy for users,and repeat or over develop the existing software program,which hinders the sound development of domestic instruments to a certain extent.It can be predicted that the instrument driver with good reusability and interchangeability will become another important support for the rapid development of domestic instruments in the future.The driver designed in this paper relies on a broadband signal transceiver module,which has the functions of RF signal generation and transmission,RF signal reception and analysis,and is widely used in the field of RF testing.According to the IVI standard,this paper studies the instrument driver of this signal transceiver module,and designs a set of instrument driver which meets the requirements.The research contents of this design are as follows:1.The design and implementation of the instrument drive of the broadband signal transceiver module.The broadband signal transceiver module used in this design does not belong to any existing category.According to the main function of this module,the radio frequency signal generator class and spectrum analyzer type instrument specifications are adopted.The hierarchical design of the instrument driver is adopted to improve the simplicity of the code,enhance the logic of the code,reduce the coupling between software modules,improve the cohesion of the modules,and facilitate the reuse and upgrade of the subsequent drive software.2.The key parameters of broadband signal transceiver module are calibrated.Through the analysis of the relevant factors affecting the performance,find the key parameters to be calibrated,and design the calibration scheme of each key parameter,as well as the subsequent calibration parameter call scheme,such operation can ensure the performance of the module.3.Test and verification of instrument driver of broadband signal transceiver module.The test interface is developed through the Lab WindowsTM/CVI platform to facilitate testing and optimization of module instrument drivers for functionality and performance?Through the research of the above content,this design completed the development of broadband signal transceiver module driver.Through the test interface,the joint debugging between software code and hardware module can be realized,and the debugging and verification of module receiving channel and transmitting channel driver can also be realized.The debugging results show that the driver designed in this paper fully meets the functional requirements and performance requirements of the module.
