The Strong growth momentum of the Internet to bring people into the Ever-changing network era, and now, the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of social life, dramatically changed the way we work and live, and have a profound effect on people’s spiritual lives. In the context of the information age, the network like a wave of overwhelming flows into the campus at the same time. As the generation that grows up in a network environment, pupils’ online and offline life, ideas, values and the mode of actions are under strong impact and influence, which are quietly changing. With the gradual deepening of network usage, the richer content and the independent using procedure, how to control the influence of Internet on children, how to create an advantageous network environment for the growth of elementary students, is getting to become an emergent issue.Education is one of the most important function of media. While the students accept education from school and family, Unsolicited medium, especially new media information, bring enormous challenges and pressures to children, parents and teachers. As a new media, Internet is the era of progress, which is likely to become unprecedented tools and platforms that can extend the knowledge of children, enhance their abilities and independence development. Regarding Internet as a scourge and separating pupils with it, children may not get comprehensive development, but also out of touch with the times. But the user of the Internet increasingly getting younger,as well as its entertainment permeability, has become the focus of concern. Furthermore, with the rapid development of the Internet, the negative impacts and harmful information of the network, such as violence, sexual content, excessive network dependence, but also greatly harm the health of the students, at the same time some social negative phenomena and guidance will directly affect them through the Internet.In view of this, I read a lot of literature and research related to this issue at home and abroad, according to changes in China’s development of the Internet and its applications. Based on the empirical investigation,in order to get more valuable results of research, the study based on the elementary school higher grades(3- 6 Grade) students as the research object.More than 400 primary school children and 100 parents has carried on the questionnaire survey in Xingtai. It is concluded firsthand material that the pupils use of new media, Analysis of the current situation and problems of students using the Internet, exploring factors influencing the Xingtai pupils behavior of using network media. And finally, an useful exploration that how to enhance and improve the ability of students using network media.In face of the new situation that the Internet accelerated, Investigate the latest status of pupils using the network media, Guiding pupils in the diversify network society, helping students to form the correct awareness of using the Internet and healthy online behavior and making full use of the beneficial effect of Internet means great practical significance.
