Chemistry is a subject based on experiments. All chemical achievements can’t be separated from the chemical experiments teaching, which is the basic part of chemistry teaching. The theory of chemical experiment teaching has the theoretical and practical significance in cultivating the students’ experimental skills in literacy and thoroughly, improving the quality of chemistry teaching. Since the implement of new curriculum, there exists some problems in senior high school chemical experiment teaching and the content of them have many deficiencies, so that the students met with different levels of difficulties. In this master’s thesis, a questionnaire on the status of the student’s chemical experiment and the teachers’ improvements on experiments was surveyed for the senior two students and chemistry teachers of three schools in Xilinhot. In the middle school chemical textbook edited by the People’s Education Press, the problems, such as long reaction time, not obvious experimental phenomena, exists in the experiment of the effect of concentration on chemical equilibrium, the copper-zinc-dilute sulfuric acid primary battery and the Fading reaction rate of Potassium Permanganate solution by effect of oxalic acid. The corresponding improvements were performed. It is found that, in the experiment of the effects of concentration to the chemical equilibrium, after reactant concentration of NaOH mol/l has been increased from 0.01 to 0.5 mol/L or to 1.0 mol/L of the original textbooks, there appears the reddish-brown Fe(OH)3 precipitation, whose phenomenon is distinct. In the experiment of the copper and zinc, dilute sulfuric acid battery, increase the concentration of the acid, reduce the galvanometer resistance, and choose two much thicker iron and copper wires, and in the meantime twist them into a twist, the end of them should be connected to a galvanometer, the other end of the galvanometer should be put into a beaker containing 2mol/L dilute sulfuric acid. From this experiment, the needle of the galvanometer deflected and a lot of air bulbs on the surface of the copper wires will be observed. In the experiment of the influence of the concentration on the fade reaction rate of concentration of oxalic acid solution with the acidic potassium permanganate solution fade, after the increase on the concentration of oxalic acid from 0.1 to 0.5 mol/L or 0.2 to 0.5 mol/L of the original textbooks, Potassium permanganate solution fade time has been shortened from 26 minutes or 15 minutes to 3minutes or 2 minutes, and the phenomenon is distinct. The improved experiments properly meet the demand of the in-class experiments of the New Senior chemistry.
