In recent years, a lot of controversy in Chinese curriculum reform.The source of the materials is the key.Mainland scholars and educators has never stopped research on Chinese teaching materials, rich and heavy.Although the mainland and Hong Kong share the same root, but because of the social and cultural differences, leading to the curriculum standards and material development of the two places have their own characteristics. So a comparative study of two places curriculum standards and teaching materials, to analyze the characteristics and merits of each of the two places, and draw on each other’s essence, weaknesses, and out of the Chinese curriculum reform would have a negligible effect.The paper used in two places, the higher utilization of the Chinese textbook published by the New Chinese Text Book for Juniors published by People’s Education Press and the Chinese Text Book for Juniors by Creative Press.First of all,on the mainland and Hong Kong scholars to sort out the research status of the mother-tongue teaching materials.The second chapter written by the two materials-curriculum standards, and combined with the three dimensions of the mainland curriculum goals and curriculum goals nine learning areas comparative analysis, lay the foundation for the comparative analysis of papers on teaching choreography content.The third chapter elaborates the four Chinese systematic presentation of the course programmatic document reflect the two sets of textbooks.From the four aspects of the operating system to help reading systems, knowledge systems, selected text system comparison, the respective advantages and disadvantages, and lay the foundation for the below reflection recommendations.Finally, the combination of the first three chapters of the Book of comparative analysis, pointing out that the main problems of today’s mainland junior high school language teaching materials, proposed continent materials should focus on classic, contemporary and innovation, both at home and abroad elected to the article, thinking of the value orientation of areas selected text, give some innovative proposals about reader system and operating system.
