After the founding of New China, in June1950," People’s Republic of China Land Reform Law" carried out enacting land reform in the newly liberated areas until the end of1952the land reform basically completed in the country, in September1953the party formally proposed transitional line to make socialist transformation until the end of1956the socialist transformation of agriculture basically completed, drastic changes occurred in China’s rural society, destroyed the old feudal system, established the democratic grassroots political power, from the new democratic society to the initial stage of socialist society, the agricultural economy form from the feudal landlord land ownership into individual ownership of the peasantry, and from the fanner individual ownership into socialist collective ownership, dramatic changes in the economic system and social patterns triggered the complex social psychology of the peasantry class.Social psychology is a psychological phenomenon but also a social phenomenon, we can through the observations, researches, records, summarizes, infer its psychosocial activities inside. And people’s psychological activity will have the opposite effect on social behavior, control and regulate the strength and direction of social behavior. That is to say the social psychological characteristics performance in social behavior, social behavior is conducted under the control and regulation of social psychology. The period of social great changes will certainly cause tremendous changes in people’s social psychology, and social psychological changes are bound to affect social changes. therefore, Analysis of the social psychology during the socialist transformation of agriculture has a great significance. Different sectors of farmer has different psychological state of the agricultural co-operative movement. or positive and support or hesitation and doubt or dissatisfaction and shaken, but they eventually choose the agriculture cooperative road. because of the need, stress, emotional. popular.When the new China established. the peasantry class had strong feudal peasants. poor political consciousness, class consciousness, do not understand socialism therefore, the transformation of the social consciousness of the peasantry need to go through a process of legislation, get rid of the backward feudal influence, improved the cultural level, and guided them to establish a political concept, class consciousness, and gradually understanded, accepted and recognised the Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, and thus established a socialist beliefs, so that they supported the new regime, carried out the Party’s policies, and actively participated in the historical process of the socialist transformation. Through class consciousness education, patriotic education, socialism and collectivism education to change their perception and attitude and then change their behavior.Marx’s theory said that social existence determines social consciousness, therefore, we should pay attention to the research, develop policies in accordance with objective laws and the actual situation; when formulating policies we should fully consider the psychology of different subjects, people-oriented; in the implementation of the policy process we should have appropriate methods of work, correct deviations of work; different opinions in party should be resolved through consultation rather than through democratic repression, criticism,or even through struggling to obtain one of the views to win. Social consciousness reacts to social existence, therefore, to use psychological law to guide the social psychology of different people, to use various forms to strengthen publicity and education work to unify the social consciousness to the right decisions of the party and the country, to make people to take the socialist road’s faith firmly.
