The Research On The Cultivation Of College Student's Discipline In The Period Of Social Transformation

The college students are the backbone of the future social development,the successors and pioneers of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The spirit of discipline is an important problem in creating the perfect personality of university students,which is an important part of the social transformation of market economy and social order to be resolved.Cultivating the spirit of discipline can promote perfect personality of university students to realize.ultimately,to enable students to become self rational subject and can control themselves,in order to better adapt to the transformation of the social environment.The problem of cultivating college students' discipline spirit in the period of social transformation,to enhance the students' spirit of discipline,strengthen students' self-control ability,enhance their sense of social responsibility,fulfills the social requirements and promote the development of society.The thesis uses the method of literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,from the social background of the article first discipline problems of college students are analyzed,summarized the characteristics of the social transformation,and thus leads to influence the social transformation of college students' value judgment and the concept of university discipline.Further elaboration of concepts related to the spirit of discipline,through the analysis of "discipline" and "discipline spirit" and "cultivating discipline spirit" and the concept of the relationship and difference.In the period of social transformation,clear the focal point of college students to cultivate the spirit of discipline.Further in this thesis,elaborate the necessity of cultivating college students' spirit of discipline in the period of social transformation.Then,through the questionnaire,analyze the result that the overall situation of university students' discipline spirit is good,but there are also some problems,such as: a disconnect between cognitive and discipline behavior,discipline knowledge for discipline consciousness exists a certain degree of difficulty,lack of initiative on the choice of discipline behavior,such as its knowledge education and moral education are the main reasons for school education,family heavy emotional and rules,the negative influence of social bad phenomenon as well as the college students' personal self-discipline is not strong.According to the reasons,the thesis puts forward the way to cultivate college students' spirit of discipline.All the social responsibility subject should pay attention to cultivate the spirit of discipline idea renewal in the period of social transition;adhere to people-oriented discipline?heuristic discipline and development discipline of spirit cultivation principle;society,school and family and the new double subject of individual students;clear the college students in social transformation discipline to cultivate the spirit of innovation;social transformation during the period of college students' discipline spirit cultivation mode.Through the combination of theory and practice,combine the main responsibility of cultivating college students' spirit of discipline with individual students,and improve the college students' spirit of discipline roundly in the period of social transformation.
