On The Delayed Effect Of Education System In Our Economy Transformation Period

Through 27 years' reform, opening and development, great transformation has taken place in our economy and society. The great changes have been shown in every social level. Stepping into 21 centuries, our economy with society again enter completely accelerating transformation period, so the education system reform also start the stage of assaulting fortified position.The economy transformation leads to synchro improvement of the reformation in each social realm. As the further development of our education reformation, the delayed effect included in the reformation also be shown gradually .The negative social problems caused by the delayed effect appear increasingly .If we don't accelerate the reform step, put forward to the measures, social cost of the economy transformation would be enlarged. This article is from the angle of view of the public economics to analyze and investigate the delayed effect, hoping to discover the cause of delayed education system and ways to solve them, which will play an important realistic role in understanding and solving the problems.
