| Purpose:This experiment aimed at observing, through animal experiments YIXIN Thai Traditional Chinese Medicine Pill on cardiac function in rats with chronic heart failure, plasma PRA, Ang II, ALD and myocardial tissue ATI receptor protein content, and to clarify the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure mechanism.Method:We had selected the Wistar healthy male rat whose weight is Between 200gand250g, the use of abdominal aorta Act set up chronic congestive heart failure animal model. The success of the model rats were randomly divided into five groups: group modulus space, high-dose group of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the dose group, Chinese medicine, low-dose group and western medicine,10 in each group; separate a group of 10 normal control group. Animals in each group of more than four weeks after administration, respectively (in addition to the normal control group) using ELISA method, ABC immunohistochemical method were determined in plasma PRA, Ang II, ALD and myocardial tissue ATI receptor protein content.Result:Normal group and model group is obviously different. Model of the general state of poor rats, the activities of small, hair dull, dark tongue have petechiae, breathing, heart rate markedly accelerated. Cardiac function decreased significantly (P <0.01); plasma PRA, Ang II, ALD concentration far higher than the normal group (P <0.01); ATI receptor content is also higher than normal group (P<0.01). Chinese medicine group and losartan group compared with the model group:significantly improve cardiac function (P<0.01); plasma PRA, Ang II, ALD concentration are lower than model group (P<0.01); ATI receptor protein content is also lower than model group (P<0.01).Conclusion:YIXIN Thai Pills can regulate the change of neuroendocrine systerm in CHF to protect myocardial cell, improve cardiac function and treat chronic heart failure though controlthe excessive promotion of RAAS. |
