Objective: To compare the clinical curative effect about give priority to Catgut Implantation at acupoint of “four acupuncture points of abdomen” and acupuncture to treatment Lumbar spinal stenosis by clinical randomized controlled study and observation methods. Methods: select 60 cases patients of the in-patient and out-patient with lumbar spinal stenosis in February 2014 to March 2015 from department of acupuncture center of our hospital, then divided into the treatment group and control group according to proportion of 1:1 using the random number table method, every group have 30 cases patients. The treatment group to give priority to Catgut Implantation at acupoint of “four acupuncture points of abdomen”,treatment once a week, for two weeks as a course;the control group using acupuncture treatment, continued one times a day, treatment six days, interval one day, fourteen days for a course;after 3 course of continuous treatment in the two groups, then using Visual Analogue Scale and Japanese Orthopedics Association as a clinical evaluation index,to observe the changes of symptoms and signs, finally organizing data and using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis of data. Results: To compare the clinical curative effect: compared with the clinical curative effect treatment after two weeks of give priority to the treatment group and the control group to treatment Lumbar spinal stenosis, respectively, two group total effective rate was 93.3% and73.3%,and two groups of curative effect is statistically significant(χ2=4.838,P=0.018<0.05),it is proved that give priority to the treatment group better than the control group;(2) To compare the visual analog scale of two groups: 1the treatment group visual analog scale was(7.80±0.71),before the treatment, the control group visual analog scale was(7.93±0.69),two groups through statistical analysis,t=0.735,P=0.466>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference and comparable of two groups;2 To compare the visual analog scale two groups of patients of different time-points: compared with before and after treatment of the treatment group,F=925.185,P=0.000<0.05,within the group that the difference was statistically significant;3compared with before and after treatment of the control group,F=702.124,P=0.000<0.05,within the group that the difference was statistically significant;4 compared within the group: the treatment group integral was(1.83±0.75)treatment after two weeks, the control group integral was(3.20±0.61),two groups through statistical analysis,t=-7.763,P=0.466<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;5 Catgut Implantation at acupoint of the treatment group integral was(1.23±0.43) treatment after one month, the control group integral was(1.83±0.65),two groups through statistical analysis,t=-4.226,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;6 the treatment group integral was(1.10±0.31) treatment after three months, the control group integral was(1.43±0.50),two groups through statistical analysis,t=-3.099,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;(3) To compare JOA score two groups of patients:1the treatment group JOA score was(7.63±1.13) before the treatment, the control group JOA score was(7.80±1.19),two groups through statistical analysis,t=-0.557,P=0.579>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference and comparable of two groups;2To compare JOA score two groups of patients of different time-points: compared with before and after treatment of the treatment group,F=1620.769,P=0.000<0.05,within the group that the difference was statistically significant;compared with before and after treatment of the control group,F=1022.168,P=0.000<0.05,within the group that the difference was statistically significant;3 compared within the group: the treatment group integral was(20.60±1.38)treatment after two weeks, the control group integral was(17.13±2.21),two groups through statistical analysis,t=7.291,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;4 the treatment group integral was(23.37±0.70) treatment after one month, the control group integral was(19.70±0.92),two groups through statistical analysis,t=17,716,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;5 the treatment group integral was(23.93±0.94)treatment after three months, the control group integral was(20.30±0.30),two groups through statistical analysis,t=16.910,P=0.000<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: 1It is have a therapeutic effect that give priority to the treatment group and the control group to treatment Lumbar spinal stenosis, but the treatment group Clinical curative effect is better than the acupuncture. 2 Acupoint catgut embedding of “four acupuncture points of abdomen” to treat lumbar spinal stenosis 60 cases, clinical effect lasting, less side effects, patients with high dependability, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
