Study On Evaluation Indicator System For Oncology Nursing Quality Based On Structrue-Process-Outcome Model

[Objective] The study aims to build a set of more scientific, practical, reflecting the tumor nurse working characteristics, on behalf of the tumor specialized nursing quality evaluation index system.[Methods] The study on the basis of the structure-process-outcome model, uses literature material method, semi-structured interview method to extract and identify potential evaluation index, and use the Delphi method and AHP to analysis and set the weight of the indexes at all levels, constructing the index system with the characteristics of oncology specialized nursing care quality evaluation accordingly.[Results] This study built the oncology specialized nursing quality evaluation index system including three aspects; structure、process and outcome this study finally into accord with experts of 22, two rounds after, to analyze the effective data obtained, the results show that:Two rounds of enquiry for effective recovery of the questionnaire were 83.3%, 88%, average positive enquiry for experts Coefficient is 85.65%, the expert authority coefficient is 0.7765; This study two rounds of Kendall Adjustable coefficient were 0.187,0.187, chi-square test P values< 0.0000; Two rounds of experts Coefficient of cr value were greater than 0.7, which indicates that experts enquiry for reliable results. The index system of reliability analysis Results:the primary index of crowns Bach is a value of 0.461, crowns Bach is a value between 0.496-Between 0.626 and 3 indexes crowns Bach is a value between 0.405-0.884, the above letter Rate shows that the index system has good reliability. AHP results show that the primary index Weight coefficient is 0.2769, the secondary index weight coefficient is 0.3426, weight coefficient of tertiary indicators 0.3805.[Conclusions] Through two rounds consulting of experts, this study constructed the oncology specialized evaluation index system of nursing quality, and explores the process of the construction of the evaluation index system of nursing quality, forming the system of nursing quality assurance model, make sure that the evaluation index system can be targeted to the tumor specialized nursing quality evaluation and monitoring,which has played a great part in promoting the development of oncology nursing.
