This research mainly includes two parts:PART ONE Clinical research1 Research ObjectivesThis study aims to survey the content of clinical investigation of the damp-heat syndrome of chronic kidney disease.Then we can understand the characteristics of the damp-heat syndrome of chronic kidney disease.By this research we may provide clinical basis for the TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease.2 Research MethodsParticular investigation of 200 cases of damp-heat syndrome of chronic kidney disease are collected.Protopathy and items of health examination are recorded. Patients are evaluated by the schedule of research in damp-heat syndrome of chronic kidney disease.Then,we make a judgment about the triple energizer in patients with disease. SPSS 19.0 statistical software is used to analysis the data correlation. Due to the data does not conform to normal distribution,as a result,Kendall and Spearman correlation coefficient are used for correlation analysis.3. Research FindingsThe research selected 200 patients from 561 research objects,who are diagnosed with damp-heat syndrome of chronic kidney disease.106 patients are just damp-heat syndrome.94 patients are damp-heat syndrome with deficiency.There are 101 male and female 99. The average age is 52.72±16.345 years old. According to the stage of CKD,there are 43 cases of phase= 1\* ROMAN Ⅰ,46 cases of phase= 2\* ROMAN Ⅱ,54 cases of phase= 3\* ROMAN Ⅲ,37 cases of phase= 4\* ROMAN Ⅳ.According to the clinical diagnosis classification,cases include Chronic Glomerulo Nephritis、Nephrotic Syndrome、Hypertensive Renal Damage、Diabetic Nephropathy、Lupus Nephritis and other 10 kinds of disease. After the statistical analysis,the most common performance of Damp-heated of CKD has body and joints trapped、languid、inability to taste food、sticky in mouth, Etc. The location mainly locates in middle-jiao.And then, locations in turn are tri-jiao、upper and middle two focus、middle and lower two focus、upper focus, up and down two focus is at least.Data shows that the most common type of CKD= 1\* ROMAN Ⅰ-= 2\* ROMAN Ⅱ is middle-jiao,but the mainly type of CKD= 3\* ROMAN Ⅲ-= 5\* ROMAN Ⅴ is tri-jiao.The correlation between each period of CKD with integration of Damp-heated is obvious.According to primary disease, middle-jiao is commen location in Chronic Glomerulo Nephritis and Nephrotic Syndrome.tri-jiao is commen location in Hypertensive Renal Damage、Diabetic Nephropathy and Lupus Nephritis.Acorrding to pathologic diagnosis, middle-jiao is commen location in Membranous Nephropathy,and up focus is commen location in IgAN.But age,onset time,blood fat and 24 hours urinary protein quantitation don’t have significant correlation with integration of Damp-heated.4.Research Conclusions(1)The location mainly locates in middle-jiao in Chronic kidney disease,but later tri-jiao is primary. (2)with the progress of the course of chronic kidney disease,its clinical manifestation is more complicated.(3) The most common performance of Damp-heated of CKD has body and joints trapped、languid、inability to taste food、sticky in mouth, Etc.PART TWO Summary OfExperience1.IdentificationPartThe experience of Professor Renhuan Yu in the identification of damp-heated, patients clinical manifestation can be divided into two categories, characteristic symptoms and atypical symptoms.
