Professor Dai Enlai’s Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease By Warming Yang

Objective:Summarizing Professor Dai Enlai’s clinical experience in treating chronic kidney disease with the method of warming Yang and the rules of prescription medication,learning and inheriting the academic thoughts of mentors on the treatment of CKD with the method of warming Yang,providing new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of CKD.Methods:(1)Literature research: consult relevant literature and materials,study the Zhongyang thoughts of medical doctors of all generations,carefully study the essays and works of mentors in the field of CKD,learn the mentor’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and summarize the mentor’s Wenyang theory.(2)Follow-up study: through a variety of channels,such as clinical prescriptions,typical medical records analysis,daily lectures,group discussions,etc.Summarize the theory and academic thoughts of CKD differentiation and treatment from Wenyang.(3)Data mining: use the "Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform V2.5" software to perform data mining on all the CKD prescription data of the tutor before January2019,summarize and summarize the tutor’s prescriptions,and systematically organize the tutor to use the warm-yang method to treat CKD Clinical experience.Results:(1)Professor Dai Enlai believes that poisoning kidney collaterals is the basic path ogenesis of CKD.Cold air passes through the kidney water in the north,and cold evi l can damage the kidneys most.Clinically,patients with CKD often have colds in the late autumn or winter Easy to relapse and aggravate.(2)Professor Dai Enlai proposed that the CKD patients with Yang deficiency syn drome as the main manifestation of CKD patients who do not respond to hormone th erapy have a theoretical basis of "heat is not hot,there is no fire"."It is often combin ed with the warming yang method to cultivate the kidney and the central yang to ach ieve the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency."(3)Data mining on the collected prescriptions using the "TCM Heritage Support Platform V2.5" software found that the top ten most frequently used drugs are:Angelica,As tragalus,Achyranthes,Yam,Poria,Eucommia,Radix Rehmanniae,Cornus officinalis,Aconite,Epimedium.According to the statistics of the frequency of four gases,it is found that t he main drugs used are warm and mild drugs,of which the utilization rate of warm drugs is 49.28%.According to the statistics of five frequency taste frequency,it is fou nd that the main drugs are sweet,spicy and bitter.Based on the analysis of the associ ation rules of drugcombinations,44 drug pairs with high frequency were obtained.Bas ed on the entropyclustering algorithm,69 drug pairs with high correlation,30 core co mbinations and 16 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:(1)Professor Dai Enlai’s theory of using the warm-yang method to treat chronic kidney disease is well-founded and his academic views are clear.(2)Through data mining technology,objectively demonstrate that Professor Dai Enlai’s prescriptions for the treatment of CKD are consistent with the academic viewpoint of tutor Wen Yang,and have certain clinical research value.
