Effect Of Serum Cystain C Observation Of The Treatment Of Hypertensive Renal Damage With The Decoction The Liver Nourishing Kidney

Objective:To observe the changes of Hypertensive renal damage Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess in patients with type Cystatin C. by Liver nourishing kidney and investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of the prescription of the treatment of hypertensive renal damage.Methods: Select Sixty cases of patients met the inclusion criteria which were randomly divided into treatment group of thirty cases and the control group of thirty cases. Two groups were given basic treatment of Western Medicine(Amlodipine Besylate Tablets / LANDI,5mg.once a day), the treatment group and then give the liver nourishing kidney soup treatment for three. To observe the change of before and after treatment in patients with clinical manifestations,syndrome total score,serum cystatin C,Scr,BUN,routine blood test,24 hour ambulatory blood pressur other indicators.Using SPSS20.0 program to observe the results of the data by inputting the statistical data into the computer.Results: 1.By comparing treatment group with the control group, the difference was significant(P <0.05).2. the total effective rate was(96.6%), the total effective rate of the control group was(79.9%), and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05). The two groups after treatment of serum cystatin C index decreased more significantly in treatment group than in control group.There was statistical significance(P <0.05).The excretion of urinary albumin was decreased after treatment in the two groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Liver nourishing kidney treating can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, reduce serum cystatin C index, decrease urinary albumin excretion, The effect with western medicine foundation treatment is better than before.
