Clinical Observation On Professor Zhao Zhenchang’s Application Of "Tonifying The Kidney And Removing Turbidity,Calming The Liver And Suppressing Yang" In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Kidney Damage With Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the method of tonifying kidney and expelling Turbid Qi and calming liver and Qianyang in treating the early renal damage of hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.METHODS:In this study,72 patients with early renal damage due to hypertension were randomly divided into test group and Control Group.The control group was treated with Benazepril hydrochloride tablets and the test group was treated with Bushen Xiezhuo,the treatment period of Pinggan Qianyang decoction combined with Benazepril hydrochloride tablets was 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of main and secondary symptoms of TCM,the score of Qol,the average blood pressure of 3 times a day,renal function(creatinine,Retinol binding protein,serum cystatin c),urinary n-acetyl-d-glucosidase,24-hour urinary protein quantification and Urinary Microalbuminuria were observed,using the statistical tool SPSS(software version 22.0),the statistical data were analyzed to observe its security and effectiveness.Results:(1)compared with the same group before treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups after treatment was well controlled,and the depressurization range of the test group was better than that of the Control Group(P<0.01);(2)compared with the same group before treatment,renal function(creatinine,Retinol binding protein and serum Cystatin C)decreased after treatment in both groups,and the laboratory indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.01),n-ACETYL-D-GLUCOSAMINIDASE(Nag),24-hour urinary protein quantification(24hPRO)and urinary microalbumin(Malb)were decreased in the two groups after treatment.The therapeutic effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the Control Group(P<0.01),the overall curative effect of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was significant(P<0.01),which was significantly higher than that in the Control Group(P>0.05).(5)compared with the patients in the same group before treatment,the primary and secondary symptoms of TCM in the experimental group were improved(P<0.05),but not in the control group The comparison between the two groups showed that the curative effect of the Test Group was better than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of tonifying kidney and expelling turbid,calming liver and Activating Yang can effectively improve the laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms of patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type of early renal damage in hypertension,and delay the decline of renal function,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
